Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress:

A fine view of Boeings B-17 flying over teh sea. The aircraft was rightly named the Flying Fortress as it was incredibly tough and could take enormous amounts of battle damage. A B-24 Liberator on its way to the Canada Aviation Museum at Canadian Forces Base Rockliffe on 14 August 1968. It was presented to Canda by India, where it was used by 425 Squadron as a transport between England and India in 1945.
